Fine, early, original watercolor by Minerva Pierce (1883-1972). Visible is about 7.5 by 10.5".
It appears to be looking North across Washoe Valley from somewhere along Franktown
or possibly what later became Lakeview. Housed in it's original frame by Brundidges.
It was disassembled and acid free backing was put in. Her earlier works show a closer
following of Latimer. Typically smaller and tighter.
